Project Description:
Development and enhancement of a client-facing portal.

Soft Skills:
• Highly motivated engineer with the ability to work independently

• Ability to ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and software engineering best practices.

Hard Skills / Must Have:
• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.
• 2+ years of experience with NestJS.
• Experience with AI-first software development practices.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and practical experience with CI/CD.
• Experience with Gitflow.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Adaptability to changing technologies and the ability to handle multiple development activities.

Hard Skills / Nice to Have (Optional):
• Knowledge of modern infrastructure: Monorepo, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Datadog.


Responsibilities:
• Analyze incoming requirements and provide accurate estimates for new tasks.
• Implement features end-to-end, including development, test coverage, and verification across relevant environments.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks by clarifying requirements, coordinating dependencies, and resolving blockers.
• Apply AI-first development practices while maintaining full responsibility for the quality and reliability of delivered solutions.
• Participate in production support activities, including log and event analysis, incident response, troubleshooting, and escalation.
