  • Senior engineers ship

    When a senior engineer gets a project that fits — right stack, right client, right time zone — they ship well. That's the top of the chain.

  • Clients renew

    We appreciate open and straightforward communication When engineers ship well, clients don't shop around. Renewals become the norm. Contract length stops being a monthly negotiation.

  • We grow slowly, on purpose

    When clients renew, we grow — but only as fast as we can keep the first two right. It's why we say no to briefs we can't calibrate for. Why we don't rent bench. Why we build slower than we could. 

Why work through us

  • Deal flow without gaps

    We keep multiple client engagements running in parallel. When one wraps, we're already talking to the next.

  • One invoice, one entity — currency handled

    You invoice us once a month, in the client's currency when we can match it (we cover the conversion when we can't). Timing mirrors what we've agreed with the client — usually 30–60 days from invoice, same as any direct B2B. What's different: one invoice a month, not five. When a client pays late, you deal with us, not their accounting team.

  • Client-side paperwork off your desk

    We negotiate MSAs and NDAs with each client so you don't. Your contract is written under your country's law, and you sign a data processing agreement as GDPR sub-processor — standard for contractors handling client data, we walk you through what it means. One sign-off, then work.

  • Longer engagements

    Our contracts run 12–24 months on average, and renewals are the norm rather than the exception. You get predictability, not month-to-month uncertainty.

  • Between projects — honestly

    We don't have a bench. When an engagement ends, you're not billing until the next starts. What we do have is visibility into what's coming — so you know if it's two weeks or two months, not "we'll let you know.

What to expect as a candidate?

  • BONAPOLIA REVIEW

    We want to find the perfect match between you and the role. If your application is a good fit, we will contact you to find out more about your skills and experience. If not, we will contact you if we have a position that matches your experience in the future.

  • CLIENT REVIEW

    After the client makes sure you're a good fit for the position, they will schedule technical interviews. English language skills will also be tested at this stage.

  • TECHNICAL INTERVIEWS

    Depending on the project and the client, you may have two or three technical interviews, which will include test cases and live coding.

  • OFFER & ONBOARDING

    Once we are convinced that all parties are in agreement, we will make the processes of signing documents and onboarding.
