The project aims to strengthen the existing product team responsible for a fleet management platform.

π‘ Hard Skills / Must Have:
β’ 3+ years of experience in Functional Testing.
β’ 3+ years of experience in QA Automation.
β’ 1+ year of experience in mobile application testing and automation.
β’ Recent hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing.
β’ API testing.
β’ Database operations (CRUD), Basic CLI tools (bash/zsh).
β’ Web front-end testing.
β’ Proficiency in Kotlin (or strong programming skills in Python, Java, or TypeScript).
β’ Strong understanding of mobile platforms, client-server architecture, and network protocols.
β’ Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
β’ Ability to read backend and frontend code to identify defects.
β’ Experience using AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, and code review.
β¨ Hard Skills / Nice to Have:
β’ Experience with contract testing or visual regression testing for mobile applications.
β’ Mobile testing experience across iOS and Android platforms, including emulators and network traffic analysis.
β’ Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
β’ Experience with cloud-based device testing platforms.
π Responsibilities:
β’ Design and maintain test cases and test suites for product features.
β’ Participate in Agile ceremonies, including discovery, refinement, sprint planning, and demos.
β’ Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for APIs and mobile applications.
β’ Build and maintain QA frameworks and testing tools integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
β’ Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and prevent regressions.
β’ Monitor quality metrics, automate repetitive tasks, and promote testability best practices.
β’ Mentor QA engineers and support team development.
