Senior Back End ( Golang Pyton)

Project Description:
The project focuses on backend development for scalable and high-load services within a mobility platform ecosystem.

The engineer will contribute to system architecture, performance optimization, and development of new features while ensuring reliability and maintainability of services.

Project Phase:
New phase of the project

Soft Skills:
• Highly proactive with the ability to independently identify stakeholders and drive tasks to completion
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact across technical and business teams
• Curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and challenging existing processes
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Hard Skills / Must Have:
• Solid software system design skills and architectural understanding
• Experience with event-driven systems and production environments
• Strong knowledge of Go and Python ecosystems
• Strong SQL expertise including schema design and optimization for high-load systems
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Kubernetes or similar orchestration tools and cloud platforms
• Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns
• Knowledge of microservices architecture patterns
• Experience designing observability strategies including logging, metrics, and tracing

Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Design and implement scalable and reliable backend solutions
• Conduct technical research and contribute to system architecture
• Collaborate across teams to deliver optimal solutions
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Own the lifecycle of backend services including deployment and monitoring
• Mentor engineers and promote best engineering practices
