We are looking for a Middle + React Developer

Our client is a financial services company specializing in asset management.

The company is running a large-scale modernization program aimed at upgrading internal systems that were originally built years ago.

 🧩 Project Description:

The project focuses on migrating legacy monolithic applications to a modern microservices-based architecture.

The team is working on building secure, scalable, and cloud-ready services, with a strong focus on authentication, authorization, and API management.

The developer will collaborate with engineering, security, and architecture teams to support the implementation of secure and reliable solutions.

💡 Hard Skills / Must Have:

• Strong experience with React and TypeScript in production environments.

• Solid knowledge of modern frontend tooling (bundlers, linters, build tools).

• Experience working with design systems (internal design system preferred or similar).

• Good understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.

• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.

• Experience integrating with APIs and authentication flows (REST, token-based auth).

• Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and/or Playwright.

• Strong CSS skills and responsive design expertise.

📌 Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Build responsive and scalable UI experiences using React and internal design system components.

• Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards and UX guidelines.

• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and authentication flows.

• Optimize UI performance and ensure cross-device/browser compatibility.

• Develop and maintain reusable UI components and shared design patterns.

• Participate in UI code reviews, automated testing, and quality improvements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve UI defects and performance issues.
