Hard Skills / Must Have:
• Experience in UK or US P&C insurance markets. Experience with carriers, MGAs, or reinsurers. Must understand the terminology and workflows of the respective market (UK or US)
• AI in production: must demonstrate clear business impact. Insurance-related AI is preferred. Financial services AI is acceptable.Pure IT/infrastructure automation use cases are not sufficient
• Strong hands-on coding experience with Python, JavaScript, and SQL
• Experience building and debugging production systems and complex integrations
• Solid understanding of system design, APIs, data flows, and integration patterns
• Ability to adapt products through custom configurations
• Experience estimating technical work and managing delivery risks
• Familiarity with UAT processes and iterative delivery practices
• Strong documentation skills (runbooks and technical guides)
• Understanding of software delivery lifecycle and implementation best practices

 Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Lead planning, scoping, execution, and delivery of complex customer implementations
• Own delivery timelines, risk identification, and mitigation
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues
• Design and implement production-grade, customer-specific solutions
• Translate ambiguous requirements into clearly scoped technical deliverables
• Lead technical discovery and solution design sessions with customers
• Write, debug, and maintain production and integration code
• Manage UAT cycles, customer feedback, and issue resolution
• Influence architectural decisions based on deployment experience
• Provide structured product feedback to influence the roadmap
• Develop and maintain delivery playbooks
• Automate internal processes to improve delivery efficiency
