The customer is a global mobility and service platform operating a peer-to-peer pricing model where end users and service providers negotiate and agree on prices directly. The platform focuses on transparency, fair pricing, and social impact while delivering multiple mobility-related services in various markets worldwide. 

🧩 Project Description: The project is focused on ride-hailing and courier delivery services built as two-sided marketplaces connecting clients with service providers. It includes service platforms that support data-driven product development and continuous experimentation in a production environment. 

⚙️ Project Phase: Production 

👨‍💻Project Team: Product Manager, UI/UX Designer, Product Analyst, Backend Developer 

🤝 Soft Skills: 

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills 

• Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations 

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence product decisions 

• Ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers 

• Proactive mindset and ownership of analytical initiatives 

💡 Hard Skills / Must Have: 

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst 

• Strong expertise in product metrics and funnel analysis 

• Experience building and evolving product metrics systems 

• Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries 

• Excellent SQL skills including complex queries, optimization, and analytical data marts

• Experience with BI and data visualization tools

• Experience running A/B tests and product experiments

• Ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights 

• Russian language is a must

📌 Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Analyze user behavior and identify product growth opportunities 

• Define, build, and maintain product metrics and funnels 

• Design, run, and analyze product experiments

• Conduct product research to support data-driven decisions

• Build dashboards and reports for product and business stakeholders

• Collaborate closely with product management, design, and engineering teams
