Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior QA/Test Manager to join public sector projects focused on development, modernization, and digitalization of state services. Project specifics will be presented during the interview process.

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in software testing
• Ability to create and implement test plans, strategies, and methodologies
• Experience writing and executing detailed test scenarios
• Strong skills in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) – organizing, executing, and coordinating UAT processes
• Deep understanding of quality management processes and ability to maintain quality standards
• Fluency in Lithuanian

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in the public sector or large-scale IT projects
• Familiarity with modern QA tools and frameworks

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee testing activities within public sector development and modernization projects
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive testing strategies
• Organize and coordinate UAT
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices
• Prepare documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams
