🧩 Project Description:

The solutions are designed to support investment firms and institutional investors throughout the entire investment lifecycle. They focus on optimising investment strategies, enhancing portfolio company performance, and driving value creation.

A proprietary platform facilitates interactions with external expert networks, enabling users to identify and engage with industry specialists for research purposes. The platform includes features such as querying providers, reviewing transcripts of previous calls, expert discovery, scheduling and conducting interviews, and accessing project-related insights. Its goal is to deliver faster, higher-quality intelligence within a secure environment.

• Ability to work closely with developers, QA, operations, and security teams to ensure smooth CI/CD and infrastructure workflows

• Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal — essential for documenting processes, explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and incident response coordination

• Strong analytical skills to identify, debug, and resolve issues across distributed systems and pipelines

• Comfort with frequent changes in tools, infrastructure, and priorities, with ability to quickly learn new technologies or adjust to evolving environments

• Efficient handling of multiple tasks, alerts, and deadlines without sacrificing quality or stability

• Ability to remain calm and effective during incidents, outages, or high-pressure deployments

• Enthusiasm for staying updated on evolving DevOps practices, cloud services, security trends, and automation tools

💡 Hard Skills / Must Have:

• Solid experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, etc.)

• Proficient in Terraform for infrastructure as code

• Hands-on experience with Amazon ECS

• Familiarity with Databricks

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

• Able to design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions from the ground up

• Take full ownership of the infrastructure, capable of building and scaling systems from scratch

• Operate autonomously, with the potential to grow into a lead role or expand the team further
