We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior JavaScript (React) Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in React with significant experience in working with legacy systems, refactoring, and using Azure. This role demands excellent self-management and communication skills, as it involves collaborating closely with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs.

Requirements

● 5+ years of experience in JavaScript development

● Proficiency in React, HTML5, CSS, Next.js

● Competency in legacy system maintenance, refactoring, and optimization

● Expertise in any Headless CMS, ideally in Contentful

● Self-management capabilities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to have

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

● Experience in working with and migrating legacy applications

● Knowledge of cloud services and technologies

English level

Intermediate+

Responsibilities

● Build out/enhance and iterate on customer’s website using React

● Conduct code refactoring and optimization to improve system architecture and performance

● Collaborate with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to define project specifications and deliverables, provide recommendations/roadmap/options

● Work with Contentful, model data, and expand the use of it

● Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of technical challenges and project progress

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
