Requirements:

• Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or in related field
• 4+ years of proven work experience as a Ruby developer
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Experience with popular Ruby frameworks (such as Ruby on Rails)
• Strong communication skills

English level:

Upper-Intermediate+

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code
• Work closely with requirements, actively participate in backlog planning and task estimation
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Ensure the best possible application performance and quality
